On August 18 the first intervention by Al-Shaheen took place at the public library of Utrecht on Neud 11. The curator intended to test out the limitation of bringing some artistic practices to the public library. On September 11 Fay walked a none-stop pilgrimage from sunrise to sunset across five designated points around the city, A map for stealing time was produced, an invite by the artist for others to walk along.
At point C [public library of Utrecht.] copies of the invites were placed in Economy & Management, Art & Culture, Spirituality & Philosophy sections.

At MOIRA Fay presents the work 'Al Oubour', its map and a documentation of the pilgrimage.

Art is Illegal, cultural workers are censored, voices are muted. Curated by an anonymous bird Al-Shaheen Baby Falcon and traveling across public libraries in The Netherlands. 'Libraries Are Not Supposed To Be Quiet' responds to current political uncertainties with an intervention performance program and a sonic archive.

On October 14 Becky Stabber took over HKU library. She is a book designer drag queen with a radical urge to burn books. she steals harmful printed matter from libraries and sparks her flames in the pages wearing up-cycled couture by the fashion collective PatchworkFamily.

Presenting at MOIRA the short film 'Fire Pit Of Content' Becky Stabber and PatchWorkFamily bring the documentation of their intervention at the library with accompanied works.

On November 9 Burkan performs a live Audio Visual set at MOIRA. The second commissioned piece for the libraries sonic archive.

BURKAN is a Baghdad-born Palestinian artist and organizer based in Köln, Germany. His DJ/VJ sets present an eruption of sound and images. Drones humming beneath chants, Ataba, and Mawal, shaping dreamscapes which pry open the Palestinian collective consciousness and wound. The visuals are collected from raw, often censored online material, archival fragments from and about Palestine.

This hand embroidered scene taking place on the Homs-Damascus road on a cold winters night is a translation from the memory of the artist. A week before December 8 2025 and the beginning of the fall of Assad regime with its national army.

As part of @u_questionmark Program 2025 we turned two public libraries in Utrecht into studio spaces, stages, filming sites and sudden pickup points for unauthorized publications and printed matter. At Moira we exhibit various reflecting works, documentation screenings of three performance interventions, a live audio/visual set and an artist group talk.
